Can’t express enough how we totally enjoyed working with O’Krent’s. Russell was our to go guy! He was very easy to work with and helped us in our crisis when the flooring we ordered had a malfunction. The Clean Air is a must do! And the floor and tile people were absolutely wonderful!! All the people that we worked with were so helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

After going to 3 stores and taking home 10 samples, ended up going w/O’Krent. While slightly more expensive than what we were expecting, Mike our sales guy, Monica scheduler, Laura our poc to work through product availability, Leo who delivered and Ronnie and his son who did the instal (great craftsmanship) made the project start to end pretty seamless with open and transparent communications and fantastic customer service. I can see why the expense was slightly higher-it was represented by their level of quality and overall process. Would recommend you give them a shot and consideration if you are planning a flooring project.

There's a reason why O'Krent floors has been around for 106 years (and counting) with now the 5th generation O'Krent family working in the business! I posted on next door app about my 12 year old dog slipping on our tile floors. Jason O'Krent reached out and offered some of their spare remnant carpeting for my dog. Beyond touched! I immediately took it home and my dog plopped right down on it. No more slipping as he tries to get up from the tile floor- he now goes to his carpeted spot! I can't thank you enough Jason!

The tile, pattern, grout, and spacing chosen is perfect. With the installation, Aldo provided consistent and quality workmanship. I recently had hardwood floors installed in my living room, dining room and master bedroom. The flooring was continuous , no breaks in the pattern. I had quotes from other competitors but decided to go with O’krent Floors. I choose O’krent for their years of experience, professional sales force and a competitive quote. O’krent has their own installers which have years if experience. This also was a deciding factor to go with O’krent. O’krents crew spent 2 days at our home. They had a three men team who worked diligently, carefully and produced a hardwood floor beyond our expectations. Superior work! I would recommend using O’krent Flooring to anybody. I would give them 5 jalepeños out of 5. Good job O’krent, good to know craftsmanship still exists

I cannot express enough how thrilled we have been with the exemplary customer service, quality, and attention to detail provided by Russel Koontz and the entire team at O’Krents Floors. We moved to San Antonio from Maryland in September and knew that we would be replacing the tile in our home, but had no idea where to even begin-only that we have 7 different patterns of mismatched tiling throughout the first floor that we needed gone. I kept seeing O’Krents name pop up in flooring company searches while still in Maryland, and out of the 5-6 different estimates we received from local companies for new flooring-hands down Russel was a no-brainer. Russel had a floor plan, samples and exact measurements sent to me before we even moved here to see the house for ourselves. After sending a few sample pictures I then threw the curveball of only wanting American made—and he didn’t even bat an eye and jumped right on it. Russel went out of his way to find exactly what we wanted, and the night before I was going to deliver a check, I got a call to say, “hey wait a second. I just met with a rep and a product has been upgraded and is now exclusively made in the US and I think you’ll like it more-would you like to see it?” And, guess what? It was cheaper. Ronnie and the install crew did an AMAZING job. The team was here for a week and were kind, clean, efficient and so professional that I’m having them do the second floor and the staircase as well. You absolutely pay for service and quality, but O’Krents will show you that you don’t have to go broke to get it and that you can’t go wrong with a locally owned, family run business. A big box store will NEVER give you the warranty provided by O’Krents or the hands on help. O’Krents made this remodel so much easier than it could’ve been.

First, product knowledge of all types of flooring was a positive first impression by Mike Ackley. Second, after measuring and choosing the product, I had my quotes in my email fairly quickly. Third, afterwards, a follow-up phone call would indicate how available Mike was. Out of the four, follow up phone calls, Mike answered everyone as soon as possible. When it came to installation they would not let any subpar product be installed even if it meant getting me a better product instead. I just sat down to tell Mike about our experience and Jason O'Krent himself sat down with me. They took the time to hang out with me. If they are busy, they don't make don't let it show in how they treat others. Feeling respected and important.

O'Krent Floors is a family owned business and the care and customer service I received here reflected that! Not only is their selection in store expansive (2 floors worth, upper is carpet, lower is tiles galore), but every single employee was friendly and helpful. Jason O'Krent was flexible and worked with me to come do measurements at a time when my husband and I could both be there. Jason also took the time to go over MULTIPLE options for our home that would help us meet our flooring needs, AND wants, but also stay within a manageable budget for our family! This is our 1st time replacing flooring so we had a million questions, he answered every single one with patience & professionalism. He even endured grueling questions from my parents (who were present at the time) with the same friendly demeanor & made us all feel at ease. I can't emphasize enough the OUTSTANDING service we got at O'Krent's, Jason went above and beyond and was always available for questions, always had a quick response time. The sales are great, the installation warranty is great, the service is great, and best of all, you will really feel like you've been treated like family! Definitely a 5 star facility! P.S. they also do bathrooms/ showers, backsplashes, carpets, and even put "flooring" on walls! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you are looking for a carpet retailer, who has access to multiple carpet manufacturer products, and is a stickler when it comes to matching your choices and quality control??? This is the place. We placed an order for a specific carpet, according to sample boards, and twice the warehouse shipment to O’Krent did not meet the board sample. O’Krent noted the discrepancy, notified us, and after the second order came in again, a mismatch, we ordered another carpet. This carpet arrived, met their approval in being a match for our choice, but again, checked with us prior to delivery. Then a crew was promptly scheduled. The installation crew of 3 very professional gentlemen could not have been nicer, neater, or faster. They were polite and made a significant effort to keep everything clean and leave a carpet perfectly in place. We would absolutely choose O’Krent again!

I had a leak in my house and had to get all my hardwood replaced. I went with a company who I thought would do a good job, but it was a complete disaster. They told me the entire job would take around 7 days total. They constantly kept telling me they would come on certain days, but never come. Or that the floors were ordered, but they actually wouldn't. After 4 weeks (!!!), I was finally fed up and decided to find a new person and went with O'Krent. The staff are sooo nice. I walked in and told Jason O'Krent my story and he really felt for me. He walked me through their process and helped me pick out new floors from their massive showroom. He laid out a complete timeline of events and when the project would be started and what would be happening on every day. He gave him his cell phone number and was available for calls/text whenever I needed him. I can't speak highly enough of his contractors either. Frank, was amazing. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was perfect. The floors are beautiful. After install, I heard a small cracking noise under one of the floors and Frank addressed it quickly and removed the board he installed and replaced it with a new one. They were a little more expensive, but honestly it was 100% worth it. The have my business for life

We are thrilled with all of our new floors. We had carpet taken out & wood laminate put in the bedrooms. Then tile work throughout the house due to cracks in the 12 yr old tile. We used the dustless system to remove all the old tile & all I can say is WOW. Then they installed the Schluter Ditra system so cracking will not occur again!!! Linda Mason is awesome to work with & always went that extra mile to make sure we were happy & constantly stayed in communication with us. You may pay a bit more but this company stands behind ALL of their work. They’re not about just selling you the product. They make sure every step is held to high standards. Thank you for a wonderful, easy experience & my beautiful new floors.

When walking into showroom you will get a warm inviting welcome from the front desk and I especially appreciated the option to install after business hours to reduce inconvenience for our teams.
