Limitations on your Homeowners Assurance Warranty

Improper Maintenance or Inadequate Care:

O'Krent's Abbey Flooring Center will not replace your carpet if damage is caused by improper maintenance or inadequate care.

Accidents, Abuse, or Abnormal Wear:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents or abuse, or any change in the texture retention of the carpet known as matting or crushing.

Problems with Moisture:

This warranty does not cover damage by wetting or the presence of moisture.
